Shipping policy

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment.

• Please allow additional time during busy periods.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

• To view shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timeframes for your country or region, please proceed to the checkout page and enter your shipping information.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the courier. They do not include processing time.

International Orders

• Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT and tariffs). These charges are imposed and collected by your country, not KS Lashes.

• For U.S. orders, applicable duties and fees are collected at checkout and remitted to the appropriate authorities.

• For all other international countries, import fees may be charged upon arrival and collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier.

• These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

• KS Lashes is not responsible for additional import costs, customs delays, or fees charged after shipment.

• Refunds will not be issued for packages refused, returned, or undeliverable due to unpaid import fees or refusal to pay them.

• By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for entering the full and correct delivery address and contact information at checkout.

• Once an order has shipped, the delivery address and contact information cannot be changed.

• KS Lashes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and delivery progress.

All orders are shipped with tracking. A shipment confirmation email (with tracking number) will be sent once your order has shipped, followed by a delivery confirmation email upon delivery.

 

Shipping Liability

Once an order has been shipped, KS Lashes is not liable for:

• Shipping delays

• Damaged, lost, returned, or stolen packages

If any of these issues occur, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly for further information and/or resolution. Refunds will not be issued for the above situations, as they are outside of our control.
