Exchanges/Refunds 

• All sales are final for both digital and physical products.

• No exchanges or refunds are offered for any digital products, as they are non-returnable.

• No exchanges or refunds are offered for physical products, including lash supplies, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Canceled Orders

• All canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee.

• The restocking fee covers processing costs and transaction fees.

• Refunds for canceled orders will be issued minus the restocking fee.
